The two synagogues were built in the same Beer Sheeva neighbourhood, adapted to the origin of the communities living there; One of Moroccan and the other of Indian origin. The religious and ethnic traditions were studied by us carefully as well as the specific conditions of the Beer Sheva environment and climate (Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev Desert). The building were built with concrete and covered with white row plaster. The volumes of the exterior design are Mediterranean and the interiors are designed referring to habits and rituals of the specific tradition of each community. Both buildings are oriented towards the Holy City of Jerusalem.
