School in Tsur Baher, Jerusalem

It is a project of a primary school in the Palestinian neighborhood of Jerusalem, Tsur Baher. It is designed for about 1000 pupils. Elements of building are articulated, in an open combination which enables an easy adaption of changes in the future. Project was awarded by the Minister of Education and the Mayor of Jerusalem. The school was built in 2010. Its structure is concrete covered with stone with elaborated details. Its friendly environmental appearance is stimulating a positive perception of the pupils and the teaching staff.
